The first registrants we licensed in 1942. In the early 60’s licensing became mandatory and the number of registrants soared. Unfortunately it would appear that former registrants were not noted until 1985. There is a continuous rise in the numbers until an abrupt drop in 1985. As the data is more complete, the more recent data has been presented.
